I got great service from Ronnie at Tire Warehouse in Scarborough! He worked hard to find the right tire as a replacement for me and when I had to follow up about a leaky stem problem he took care of it very quick and made it as easy for me as possible! I really appreciate the extra steps he took to make sure it was fixed.

We were directed to the Tire Warehouse by our rental car company after blowing a tire with no spare provided in the vehicle .Upon arrival we learned that our rental company ,however , would not agree to the required service in spite of some lengthy discussion and explanation directly with Mike . We ended up having the vehicle towed for a second time to the Portland Jetport to facilitate an exchange . Mike and his team were very patient and accommodating in helping deal with this unpleasant situation in spite of not getting the work order. In the end Mike personally drove this very distressed couple to the Portland Jetport .We so appreciated his unsolicited act of kindness. They were very professional throughout the ordeal.

Caught a flat tire middle of the week, they took care of me and patched up my tire right away. Offered me a deal on new tires at a very fair price which I took a few days later. Very professional and fair, the Scarborough location has a great group working over there. 5/5

Yesterday the low air in tire alert came on. I was on Rout 1 and fortunately near Tire Warehouse. I turned in and asked for help. I was greeted warmly and my car was looked at right away. In minutes the offending tire was rolled in complete with a passenger nail. In less than 30 minutes my tire was repaired and I was on my way. These folks are great friendly, professional, polite and FAST. I am so glad I made that right turn. Highly recommend!

The manager was very helpful and kind. I watched him help a customer save hundreds of dollars and she thanked him graciously with lunch for him and the crew and even bought me a soda . while a longer than normal appointment, it ended up being a pleasant and "good human" experience. He was such a kind soul understanding people's financial burdens these days. great place! definitely recommend
